The FP&A Analyst is responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver insights, prepare financial reports, and ensure financial accuracy that supports executive decision-making. Responsibilities Develops budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans with business leaders. Prepares management reports with financial summaries, KPIs, and variance analysis. Provides insights and recommendations to guide strategy and resource allocation. Builds financial models, conducts scenario analysis, and evaluates business performance. Improves reporting processes, tools, dashboards, and cross-department performance metrics. Supports executive presentations, closes, and ad-hoc strategic projects with data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in FP&A. Experience in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) is an advantage.
