Job Title: FP&A Manager – Corporate Planning Company: Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CPFI) Location: Ortigas, Pasig | Hybrid Work Setup Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process across the organization. Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and investment decisions. Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to support proactive decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and commercial teams. Enhance and standardize financial models, reporting tools, and planning systems. Drive process improvements, automation, and implementation of best practices in FP&A. Support external audits, internal controls, and corporate compliance efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA license is a must Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or controllership roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan or similar ERPs). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
