Join Our Team at Index Wealth – Remote Roles (Philippines-based) Index Wealth is a financial planning firm in Australia, specialising in retirement planning services including superannuation and insurance. We have a dedicated full‑time support team in the Philippines, working closely with our financial advisers to process client files from start to finish. We are currently looking for new team members to join our growing offshore support team in the following roles: Research Specialist Key responsibilities: Processing Third Party Authority forms Conducting product research calls Gathering underwriting outcomes from providers Preparing Statement of Advice (SOA) packaging forms Assisting with ad‑hoc tasks as needed Client Services Officer Key responsibilities: Handling pre‑ and post‑implementation tasks Conducting follow‑ups related to implementations Managing the admin inbox and workflows Providing client communication and support Liaising with clients, insurers, and superannuation funds Coordinating with financial planners and the internal team Supporting with general administrative tasks HR Officer Key responsibilities: Recruitment support: scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and conducting initial screening and interviews. Onboarding coordination: supporting the onboarding process for new hires, preparing onboarding documentation, coordinating with different departments, and assisting with initial setup. Administrative support & data entry: managing files and records, preparing documents, and performing accurate and timely data entry tasks. IT equipment & access setup (advantageous): assisting with setting up equipment for new employees and implementing basic access restrictions to specific websites as required.
