Your Role As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager , you will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions. You will partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making and ensure financial goals align with business objectives. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Build and maintain financial models to support long‑term business planning and decision‑making. Prepare and present financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to management. Analyze financial trends, identify risks, and recommend actions to optimize performance. Partner with department heads to translate business initiatives into financial plans and insights. Provide data‑driven analysis for board presentations and investor discussions. Lead and mentor financial analysts, driving process efficiency and continuous improvement. Oversee the implementation and enhancement of FP&A systems and BI tools. What You Need Non‑negotiables Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance. At least 3–5 years in a managerial role leading an FP&A team. Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Preferred skills/expertise Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred; MBA, CMA, or CFA is a plus. In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles (PFRS/IFRS). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros). Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to non‑financial audiences. Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is an advantage.
