Overview Responsibilities- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt, courteous answers to inquiries from customers by phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Describe the qualities, advantages, and application of the product or service to clients.
- Resolve Complaints: Be polite when handling and resolving client complaints or concerns.
- Handle Transactions and Orders: Help with payments, exchanges, refunds, and order placing.
- Updating and managing client data in databases or CRM systems is part of maintaining customer records.
- With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Taguig City
