The Customer QA Specialist responsible for overseeing the activities of the Sales Coordinators and ensuring accurate and efficient support to the Sales team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in overseeing sales coordinators in generating order confirmation, sales order forms, and other internal documents needed to fulfill customer request accurately and efficiently
  • Monitors accounts receivables in accordance with the company's goal of optimizing cash flow and minimizing the risk of bad debts
  • Responsible in the timely follow up and reminders to customers on invoice and payment status
  • Ensures proper coordination with other departments with regards to sales-related transactions and processes
  • Prepares reports that covers the metrics of the sales department: Sales Graph, agenda/minutes for sales meetings, etc.
  • Updates customer mailing list for distribution of marketing and advertising correspondences
  • Acts as deputy in cases of Customer Service Supervisor's absence

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related courses
  • At least 1 year of experience as sales coordinator or other administrative positions
  • Knowledge of principles and processes in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
