Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent service quality and a positive guest experience.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development to support high standards of operation.
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize restaurant performance to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
  • POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
  • Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
