Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Caloocan City. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards. Duties include hiring and training employees, supervising food and beverage preparation, managing budgets and inventory, and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management, or related course

*Proven work experience in the hospitality industry as Restaurant Manager

* At least 3–5 years managerial experience in restaurant operations

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Willing and able to start immediately
