Someone who has passion for digital marketing, including self-driven interest to stay up to date with industry developments and trends Facebook & LinkedIn advertising Paid Google search and PMAX YouTube advertising We are a small but highly skilled team based in Sydney Australia. We have a range of blue-chip Australian clients and operate as a close team in a very friendly environment. You’ll get to work closely with a few of the brightest minds and sharpest skills in the industry, which will contribute to your ongoing skills development. Working within the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll already be skilled with most aspects of executing digital campaigns across social and search. You have skills not just with setting up campaigns, but with continually optimising performance and conversion. We want someone who really loves the industry and the tools, and is driven to keep up with the new technologies and methods in this fast-paced industry. We’ll lean on your creativity and data-driven insights to create new opportunities for our clients. We will provide you with an environment of collaboration to help foster your development within the digital space. About the Job: We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset: · Management of all social media and paid advertising, including optimizing performance to ensure desired outcomes are met. · Mandatory: Facebook & Instagram, and Google Ads, especially in the performance marketing and ecomm space. · This experience is a bonus: LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok, Programmatic · Development of reporting infrastructure and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Facebook’s Pixel to identify key audience opportunities and on-site optimization. · Experience running a/b testing and conversion rate optimization to increase the return from our performance marketing efforts · Strong organizational skills including email management. Your Qualification: At least 3 plus years' experience in the same field. Facebook Ad Manager – core part of role Google Ads - core part of role Performance marketing experience, Demonstrable experience in driving ecommerce results, Microsoft Excel proficiency is important for being able to manipulate the data exported from the tools. Google Analytics (Analytics & Reporting Tools) Highly proficient in Google and Meta ads Nice-to-have Skills: YouTube Advertising Instagram Advertising Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Tiktok Advertising LinkedIn Advertising Programmatic Advertising CRM experience (eg Hubspot or other) including automation of customer engagement/journey mapping Some understanding of how SEO works (on page and off page) Conducting digital marketing research, competitor analysis and content analysis, utilising analytics data and collating this information and recommendations for presentation or reporting.
