Manage all security protocols and personnel, ensuring the safety of employees and property Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations Manage vendor contracts and service agreements Implement cost-effective strategies Lead periodic emergency preparedness drills and equipment checks Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets and equipment across sites Ensure pantry, office, and plant consumables (example: snacks, cleaning supplies, safety gear) are consistently stocked Oversee management and servicing of office equipment and appliances Coordinate with IT or providers to ensure stable internet connectivity and essential infrastructure Oversee facility operations and maintenance Manage vendor contracts and service agreements Troubleshoot basic operational issues (example: water systems, lighting) Manage service providers for cleaning, security, internet, and other facility related contracts. At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or operations management Strong working knowledge of facility systems (example: HVAC, Internet, Plumbing, Security). Experience managing vendors and negotiating service agreements Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot basic connectivity and equipment issues Strong interpersonal and communication skills A natural problem-solver with high integrity and ownership Oversee facility operations, manage maintenance and renovation projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate procurement activities Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.
