Recruitment Team Lead Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to consistently achieve individual and team hiring targets. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and smooth onboarding for all new hires. Prepare, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and performance reports to stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Identify performance gaps within the team and implement targeted coaching, training, and process improvements. Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Stay up to date with talent market trends, recruitment technologies, and sourcing best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading and managing recruitment teams within a recruitment agency. At least 4 years of progressive end-to-end recruitment experience across diverse roles and industries. Strong understanding of Operations Management, Performance Management, and Team Development principles. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize sourcing strategies, and guide decision-making. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and digital sourcing platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
