  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing is an advantage
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon)
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools, SEO, and social media management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and sales reports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, organized, and results-driven
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if needed
