Overview

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager who will lead the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions that improve customer experience and business efficiency. You’ll be managing projects such as mobile apps, websites, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives that align with business goals. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or digital solutions.
  • Background in insurance, banking, or other financial services strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms (CRM, mobile apps, websites, e-commerce).
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver digital transformation projects (websites, mobile apps, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to design and implement practical, user-friendly digital tools.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to improve customer experience across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and recommend solutions that drive innovation.
