As Transformation Manager , the position is expected to partner with the NBG Head and other Teams, within the NewBiz Group in the development and implementation of the group strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead for major transformation or strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that all divisions are prepared for transformation.
- Act as key liaison between groups, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Monitor the progress of initiatives, track KPIs and other metrics, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior leadership.
