Job Description As Building Administrator- Ensure implementation of housekeeping and security standards
- Promote tenant relations – address concerns in relation to common areas and regular unit works within a reasonable amount of time; ensure compliance to stipulations of the lease contract
- Supervise and direct day-to-day operation of the building admin office
- Manage all building administration staff and ensure that they meet minimum work standards for their position
- Draft/review lease contract under the direction of Corporate Counsel
- Attend to all the documentary requirements pertaining to pollution control and safety
- Coordinate/supervise accredited PCO of the branch/property and ensure that government requirements are complied with
- Monitor environmental permits and ensure that they are renewed in a timely manner to avoid penalties
- Liaise with DENR and other government agencies on compliance and permits
- Develop applicable policies and standards pertaining to safety and environmental concerns
- Assist team in managing construction projects including but not limited to application of permits, monitoring and maintaining records of expenses, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any Business-related courses
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in leasing and administrative duties preferably in supervisory or officer capacity
- Must be proficient in MS Office programs and social media platforms
- Must be good in oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- With strong interpersonal skills
