
Building Administrator

- Provides administrative and clerical support for the efficient operation of the building.
- Must be willing to do field work.
Qualifications:
- Experience: (preferred but not required) At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative or Clerical role, preferably in a building or property management environment
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational and communication skills and attention to details.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification is often preferred/College Level
Location: Almar Building, 60 Mauban St. Brgy. Manresa Quezon City.
Work Arrangement & Time: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:30PM (Overtime if needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
