Job Description
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Capability
    • Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course
    • Must have sales experience related in healthcare particularly Dialysis
    • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Job Summary
    • Experience selling into Hemodialysis machines and consumables/ or related medical equipments
    • Successful track record of sales
    • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
    • Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential
  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post call
    • Attend meeting with sales team (Twice a day)
    • Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet the territory target, and therefore the business unit, the division and the corporate expectation
    • Managing and developing sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory
    • Identify key customers within the territory and build solid relationships to promote focus products and the company
    • Understand competitors and their activities
    • Keep abreast of market developments and supply this information back to the company
    • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; suggesting profit and service improvements
    • Plan and propose to Management for approval any appropriate sales marketing strategy
    • The duties above are not exclusive; other duties may be assigned
    • The duties may be revised in accordance with service exigencies
  • Salary
    • Php 20,000 basic salary
    • Plus actual reimbursement in transportation (gas, toll) with food reimbursement
  • Job Location (Field work)
    • Priority sales area: Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna
    • Additional sales area: Camarines Sur/Norte/Albay; Nueva Ecija/Nueva Vizcaya; Isabela/Quirino/Ifugao/Cagayan; Ilocos Sur/Norte/Abra
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
  • Identify and contact potential customers
  • Maintain profitable relationships with customers
  • Maintain knowledge about product information and promotions
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Work independently to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on online marketing trends and competitors

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopee/Lazada is preferred
  • Ability to do TikTok live
  • Fast typing skills; proven ability to meet/exceed quotas
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month; Commission starting at Php2,000 (depends on quota; probationary period applies)

Schedule: Mon-Fri; Holidays; Weekends

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; Commission; Performance bonuses

Location: Valenzuela (commute/relocation preferred)

Experience: Sales 1 year (preferred); Live selling 1 year (preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s preferred

Language: English preferred
