The Business Analyst is expected to significantly impact and drive technical analysis of our business processes and work very closely with the Product teams, Scrum Engineering teams, and Stakeholders. Responsibilities include investigating, recording, analyzing and confirming system requirements and business processes; identifying overlapping requirements/processes across the existing and upcoming product range; negotiating acceptance criteria with stakeholders and business units; producing high quality requirements and design documents; providing user-centered UI design advice to software developers; supporting User Acceptance Testing; managing requests and analyzing changes; and contributing to operations continuous improvement in collaboration with enabling teams.

  • Investigate, record, analyze and confirm system requirements and business processes.
  • Identify overlapping requirements/processes across the existing and upcoming product range.
  • Negotiate acceptance criteria with stakeholders and business units.
  • Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents reflecting business requirements for internal or external Solution Developers.
  • Provide well-reasoned, user-centered UI design advice to software developers aligned with architecture and security standards.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing, verifying bugs/issues with stakeholders and business units.
  • Manage requests, analyze changes, and follow the process of changing requests in a reactive and adaptive manner.
  • Contribute to ongoing operations improvement and collaborate with other enabling teams.

Salary : Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

Experience

  • Project Management: 5 years (required)

Experience and qualifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Background in payment processing, merchant acquiring and e-commerce.
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and working within multiple scrum teams.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira) and development lifecycles.
  • Ability to draft business requirements documents and communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strong written/spoken English and Tagalog.
  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of project management background.
