Job Description: Responsible for Environmental Compliance systems, data gathering, design, development, and monitoring of store operations, ensuring sustainable and legally compliant stores. Acts as SME for environmental compliance; coordinates with operations and leads initiatives to reduce environmental risks and impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness and Sanitation (C&S): create systems and procedures balancing quality, speed, and cost; align roles; ensure standard C&S procedures in store operations; monitor supply and BCP issuance; document processes; collaborate with Training.
• Environmental Management System and Sustainability: oversee programs; maintain environmental compliance calendar; lead cross-functional teams; assign tasks to ensure timely completion; create environmental systems; investigate incidents; align stores with Philippine law.
• Other: perform other tasks to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; 3-5 years in process improvement; experience in food manufacturing or restaurant industries a plus; good communication; willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid).

Job Description: Integrate restaurant systems for MultiBrand; develop, implement, and improve Restaurant Operating Systems; collaborate with Restaurant Systems Teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
