HRIS Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient People Technology Analyst to join our team, with a specialization in Workday integrations and managing the connectivity across our People Technology ecosystem.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a strong focus on Workday integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with middleware platforms and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and the broader HR systems landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle HRIS Analyst

We are looking for a Oracle HRIS Analyst - Performance Management to support global operations in achieving service goals for Digital HCM and Talent Solutions.

  • Configure Oracle HCM Talent Management module based on business requirements and standards.
  • Support Oracle HCM module implementations in different regions.
  • Test new configurations and perform functional analysis before production.
  • Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve production issues.

The HRIS Reporting team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on a wide range of HR-related data, including employee demographics, compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and workforce analytics.

The HRIS Data Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of Workday reporting solutions and related data assets.

  • Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT) to meet business needs across HR, Finance, and related functions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Workday reporting solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure report accuracy, usage efficiency, and retirement of redundant reports.
  • Support enablement efforts by documenting reporting assets and contributing to self-service reporting guides.
