Please follow us on LinkedIn and Overview:The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the R&D finance function. Reporting to the Sr Director of Finance, this role will partner closely with R&D leaders to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a role that will have a significant impact on strategic planning and decision-making within the R&D function and at Netskope.Responsibilities:Assist in budget management, including headcount planning, travel and entertainment expense forecasting, and other discretionary spend budgeting for the global Netskope R&D team. Support Accounting in the close process each month-end, ensuring accurate and timely financials. Partner with team members to assist in forecasting, analyzing, and reconciling program spend aimed at driving pipeline growth for the Company. Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis. Participate in the annual planning process. Requirements:Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00 - 15:00 Philippine Standard Time. 4+ years of finance experience working in high-growth technology, with experience in Cloud / SaaS. Marketing and/or GTM-function finance experience preferred. Deep understanding of P&L components, U.S. GAAP, unit economics, commercial functions, and common SaaS metrics . Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization. Strong Excel/Google sheets proficiency required. Systems experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday, and/or Salesforce would be considered a plus. Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required.
