Job Summary: The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and generating demand for the company’s pediatric product line , specifically designed for hospital use and endorsed by Pediatricians and Neonatologists . The position requires establishing strong professional relationships with medical experts, ensuring ethical and scientific promotion, and driving product performance within assigned hospital accounts. Key Responsibilities: Promote and effectively communicate the clinical benefits to Pediatricians, Neonatologists, and hospital healthcare professionals . Conduct regular hospital visits and product detailing to increase awareness and prescription generation. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including department heads, residents, and pharmacists. Execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives to achieve assigned sales targets and territory goals. Organize and support scientific activities such as medical lectures, roundtable discussions, and continuing medical education (CME) events. Provide accurate market intelligence reports on competitor activities, market trends, and hospital developments. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all promotional activities. Submit timely and accurate reports on coverage, activities, and sales performance. Qualifications: Graduate of Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or other Allied Health or Science-related course. With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist, preferably handling pediatric or neonatal hospital products. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to travel and cover assigned hospital territories. What We Offer: Competitive compensation and incentive package.
