GROW is currently looking for a Pre Sales Engineer to be placed for one of our clients in the computer systems design and related services industry. Our client is a global banking and social payments, interbank networks, managed service and financial services industry. Job Summary As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be crucial in bridging client needs with Hitachi Digital Payment Solutions’ offerings. Your primary responsibilities include:● Client Engagement and Solution Design: You’ll understand clients’ technical requirements, provide strategic guidance, and actively support the design of tailored solutions.● Technical Presentations and Proposals: A key part of the role involves delivering proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.● Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and development teams to refine and enhance the company’s product direction based on market and client feedback. QUALIFICATIONS ● A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.● At least three years of experience in the IT field or a relevant technology-involved role, with a strong interest or knowledge in fintech (banking domain experience is a plus).● General knowledge or experience with enterprise software applications and/or infrastructure, coupled with the ability to simplify complex technical problems into understandable solutions.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong presentation abilities.● Proficiency in MS Office and similar applications is expected, and the role requires working onsite in Makati. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Ability to engage with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, and collaborate with sales to deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.● Serve as a subject matter expert on company products and solutions, providing technical guidance and support to both customers and prospects.● Capable of creating and delivering technical training, writing comprehensive technical documentation and proposals (both solution and financial), and conducting market research to identify trends.● Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide valuable feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer requirements.● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities efficiently, and handle sensitive customer information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
