HR Generalist's responsibility includes, but not limited to, the following: Recruitment Handling of Interns and any university-related documentations Processing and monitoring of employee exit clearance Preparation of contracts of newly hired employees Newly hired orientation Encoding data to PMIS System Prepare and implement policy memo as needed Prepare and issue disciplinary actions as needed Assist in Payroll and Benefits processes if needed Assist in Learning and Development and Employee Engagement Programs Attend and implement departmental planning Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management With at least 1-3 years work experience in general HR Experience in different facets of HR (Recruitment, Compensation, Timekeeping, Benefits, Employee Relation, Learning and Development, and HRIS) Proficient computer skill specially MS Excel Excellent interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication skill both in English and Filipino language Able to converse in English Able to interact with people in various levels Able to assess problems independently Proactive, optimistic, resourceful, and quick learner With high level sense of confidentiality Has passion for learning and career development Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Willing to do field works if needed (school and universities partnership visits) #J-18808-Ljbffr
