About the Role Responsible for the development and management of assigned agencies, focusing on advisor productivity, agency expansion, and leader development. Assist DOA to drive and execute strategies and initiatives set by the company. Business Development: Champion agency productivity, growth, and progression to bionic/hybrid agency models. Manpower Development: Promote advisor and leader career paths (EADP, Next Gen Leader), oversee recruitment strategies, and plan long-term manpower and leader development for the sector. Agency Management: Manage communication and relationships with agencies, oversee sector operations, conduct regular business reviews with agency leaders, and influence the use of digital platforms.
