East Equator Express is a start-up and manpower recruitment agency. We provide last mile services including linehaul solutions and supplying manpower to different markets.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts and facilitates training sessions
  • Assists in creating training materials and modules
  • Supports onboarding and employee development programs
  • Works under or with an HR or Learning & Development (L&D) team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Additional certifications in Training & Development, Facilitation, or Learning & Development (e.g., Train the Trainer, TESDA, or similar) are an advantage
  • 1–2 years of experience in training, HR support, onboarding, or a related field (fresh grads with strong potential can be considered)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Verbal and written communication (for delivering training and creating materials)
  • Presentation and public speaking skills
  • Comfortable speaking to groups, engaging participants, and managing training sessions (online and in person)
  • Ability to help develop training content, modules, manuals, or e-learning materials
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles (optional but helpful)
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Can manage training schedules, logistics, and documentation efficiently
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Works well with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders
  • Supports trainers or managers in executing learning initiatives
  • Tech-Savvy / Digital Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Analytical and Documentation Skills
  • Can assist in evaluating training effectiveness (feedback forms, post-training reports)
  • Exposure in corporate training, customer service training, or employee engagement projects is a plus
