SG/ AU Payroll Advisor

Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for employees in PH, SG, and AU in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final pay. Maintain up-to-date payroll records, benefits, and statutory contributions. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors for payroll execution and compliance. Stay updated on tax and labor laws in PH, SG, and AU. Prepare and file government-mandated reports and remittances. Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies. Support audits by preparing and validating required documentation. Contribute to the migration from manual payroll processes to automation by collaborating with HRIS and Finance teams to integrate payroll operations with the Bill platform. Participate in system testing, data validation, and process re-design activities. Recommend improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field. 3–5 years’ payroll experience in a multinational or shared services environment. Strong knowledge ofPH payroll , with familiarity in SG and AU payroll practices. Proficiency in payroll/HRIS systems and MS Excel. Experience in payroll system migration, automation, or integration with financial platforms such asBill is an advantage. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
