We are a process and productivity driven organization, and you will be responsible for helping to expand our organization. Key Responsibilities: Leads the development and implementation of the business strategy Provides advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure Provides oversight and leadership of the development and implementation of sales and client engagement initiatives within the region. Provide guidance, performance management and leadership to direct reports. Data mining/networking to discover new leads Consult with confidence on the phone the benefits and abilities of the organization Set appointments with prospects with the goal of generating sales revenue and building customer loyalty Prospecting for business partners and followingup with sales calls Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status As opportunities for the sale of existing products and services are identified, coordinate the transfer of the lead to appropriate sales team member CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION? While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
