Key Account Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Executive with a strong background in selling trucks and cranes, and other heavy equipment, and established connections in the construction and mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts; serve as the primary point of contact for key clients; monitor and analyze performance to identify opportunities. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector; present, promote, and sell trucks and cranes; prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base; collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials; conduct market research. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of satisfaction; gather and analyze feedback; resolve issues or conflicts in a timely manner. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports; track metrics and KPIs; provide forecasts and pipeline updates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the trucks and cranes industry. Strong connections and network within the construction and mining industry. Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
