Key Responsibilities: Optimize user experience and engagement across all consumer‑facing digital properties. Maintain and monitor websites, platforms, and marketing assets to ensure compliance, functionality, and up‑to‑date content. Analyze website and campaign data, provide insights, and recommend strategies to drive conversions and engagement. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, ISD, suppliers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives. Explore and implement new tools, platforms, and trends to enhance digital performance and customer experience. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate has strong analytical, creative, and technical skills with experience in digital marketing, online growth initiatives, and data‑driven optimization. They have a deep understanding of digital platforms, UX/UI, and customer experience and are able to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
