This role is vital in supporting the overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistent branding and high-impact visuals across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for developing creative solutions that drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the end-to-end creative development process — from concept to final execution — for all marketing campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content. ● Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand strategy and business goals. ● Create compelling designs and content for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, and promotional materials. ● Supervise internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production teams as needed. ● Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints. ● Drive innovation and creativity in design while maintaining efficiency and timelines. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery. ● Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, digital, etc.) to gather insights and deliver creative solutions that meet cross-functional needs. ● Stay updated on design, branding, and advertising trends—particularly within the consumer electronics industry. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Design, or a related field. ● At least 3–5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably in consumer electronics. ● Strong background in branding, advertising, creative direction, and digital marketing. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required. ● Experience in creative signage, layout design, and social media content creation. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. ● Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented. ● Strong collaboration skills and a positive team-player attitude. ● Must be willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig.
