Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Consumer Electronics Retailer Work Setup: Onsite Location: Near Arca South, Taguig City About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis — with a passion for consumer electronics and driving online engagement that translates into sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and display advertising. - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Monitor and improve website performance and user experience to enhance traffic conversion and ROI. - Oversee the creation and management of content for all digital channels including the company website, blog, email marketing, and social media pages. - Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights for optimization. - Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall business goals. - Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and digital campaign performance metrics. - Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry is an advantage. - Willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig City.
