Transcom Pasig is Hiring Email & Chat Support – Pioneer Electronics E-Commerce Account
Location: Transcom Frontera, Las Fiestas Road, Pasig City (in front of Tiendesitas Mall)
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Assist customers with online shopping, orders, and product concerns
- Ensure a smooth and satisfying e-commerce experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
- With or without BPO experience (we provide training)
- 6 months of chat and email support experience is a PLUS
- Good written communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite at Transcom Frontera, Pasig City
