Join our Transcom Family as a Wellness Coach

The Wellness Coach will join our team of professionals supporting a Content Moderation campaign. He/she provides motivational sessions, evaluates lifestyles, and mentors individuals to help develop their confidence and maintain the well-being of each employee in general. We're looking for people who desire to provide coaching interventions to strengthen an individual's resilience, overcome obstacles, and help them achieve their goals.

  • Conducts counseling and/or coaching sessions on different platforms (face-to-face, virtual, etc.)
  • Creates and/or implements plan/program per individual depending on the need
  • Consistently monitor progress on goals provided at specific times to help track their achievement
  • Responsible for scheduling regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions
  • Facilitates other sessions such as webinars and other learning activities on health & wellness
  • Store and organizes confidential files including intake session and other documentation
  • Responsible for collecting, monitoring, and evaluating necessary data to track employee's progress
  • Performs other tasks that Management may assign from time to time in the exercise of its executive prerogative
  • Responsible for assessing critical needs and/or endorsement to mental health professionals if necessary

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Degree of any course related to Psychology or other similar tracks
  • 1 year of relevant experience in coaching, mentoring, or counseling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Has a high level of confidentiality and
  • Amenable to working on site
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedule
  • Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or Psychometrician is a plus
