Provide feedback to participants and align training goals with organizational objectives. Qualifications Instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation skills. Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation abilities. Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in corporate training or a related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Communications, or related field. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
