Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Branch Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager, and Vendorteam members in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved.
- Ensure all material requisition orders, regular sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders are fulfilled on a regular basis.
- Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for all Supply Chain team members.
- Understand and execute all Supply Chain activities such as stock take, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, and purchase order.
- Assess and manage inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply.
- Liaise with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials availability.
- Communicating with vendors about order status, shipping details and other concerns.
- Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with Operations Team in Vernon – Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and QC.
- Communicating with Customer Support.
- Managing excel logs, documentation, and claims.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-yr business course
- With at least 2 years of related experience
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or Food industry is an advantage
- Above average written and verbal English communication skills
- Above average proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams
- Logical and critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Can work in a high-pressure environment with a high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Willing to work in the graveyard shift

Your key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and monitor supply chain operations including purchase order management, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers, merchandising, logistics, and warehouse teams to address stock availability, delivery delays, and replenishment issues.
- Review and analyze service level performance and create action plans for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory, goods receipt, and system data.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of stock reports, OOS (Out of Stock) reports, and expired item analyses.
- Coach and support Supply Chain Assistants in administrative processes and cross-functional coordination.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and enhance supply reliability.
- Maintain accurate and updated item master data in the Distribution Control System (DCS).
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory operations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in using supply chain systems
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management capabilities
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset

Position Overview:
The Supply Chain support team member will support our logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes. This role will be responsible for tracking shipments, managing purchase orders (POs), communicating with vendors, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, an excellent communicator, and experienced in e-commerce or supply chain coordination. Additionally, the Supply Chain support team member will support account managers by following up on projects with internal team members and ensuring timelines are met using the project management tool, ClickUp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management & Vendor Coordination
- Place purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm order status, lead times, and resolve any order issues.
- Maintain accuracy in PO processing, updates, and documentation.
- Reconcile completed POs to verify accuracy and completeness.
