We're Hiring Procurement Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Are you detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about driving operational efficiency? Join our growing team as a Procurement Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor purchase order status and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods and services.
  • Implement and enforce company procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Resolve supplier, delivery, and product quality concerns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of procurement software (ERP systems) and inventory management.
