We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing (Business Development) Officer to manage and expand our partner network promoting OFW loan products. The role focuses on digital marketing, relationship management, and driving performance-based results. Key Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard high-potential affiliates (influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, etc.) and propose attractive commission/incentive programs. Execute Data-Driven Campaigns to generate leads and boost conversion rates, collaborating with internal marketing teams on assets. Manage Partner Relationships by consistently coordinating with affiliates and leveraging tracking platforms to monitor performance (e.g., CTR, conversion rates). Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships, with a strong preference for financial services or fintech. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Proven ability to design strategic marketing campaigns. Must be knowledgeable about social media channels and platforms .
