Join to apply for the Business Development Officer role at Cepat Kredit Financing Inc Reports directly to the Affiliate Marketing Manager. The Affiliate Marketing (Business Development) Officer develops and manages partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, relationship management, and performance-based marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates (OFW influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, organizations/companies, etc.) and conduct research to identify new growth opportunities. Create and propose commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions to attract affiliate partners; gather necessary documentation to validate and implement approved programs. Conduct program presentations, training, marketing materials, and referral tracking tools to affiliates for seamless onboarding. Conduct market research on all potential affiliate partners. Strategy & Campaign Development Execute data-driven affiliate marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates. Work with other marketing teams to create marketing assets for affiliates (social media posts, email templates, ad banners, etc.). Partner Relationship Management Consistently coordinate and meet with affiliate partners to maintain strong relationships and optimize performance. Utilize affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition). Prepare and present monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications or similar field. At least 2 years experience in affiliate marketing, loan consultant handling, partnerships (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus). Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Proven ability/track record to design and develop strategic marketing campaigns and programs. Knowledge of social media channels and platforms. Experience working with OFW communities/clients, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage but not necessarily required.
