Key Responsibilities: E‑Commerce Operations Manage website backend, ensuring site stability, updates, and performance. Oversee order fulfillment, dropshipping logistics, and inventory accuracy. Maintain clear costing records and ensure operational efficiency. Digital Marketing & Content Creation Create and manage marketing content such as EDMs, social media posts, and product updates. Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals. Monitor and respond to customer reviews to strengthen brand credibility. Customer & Communication Management Handle emails, inquiries, and customer service with professionalism and warmth. Track, follow up, and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce or similar). Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, social scheduling platforms). Familiarity with dropshipping workflows and product data management.
