About the Role:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects across the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

You will assist in developing project plans by helping define the scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, as well as identifying project requirements and needed resources. As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide regular updates and ensure any changes in scope or schedules are communicated clearly. You will track project milestones and key performance indicators, maintain project calendars, and generate regular status reports. Ensuring the quality of all deliverables is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining high-quality communication and documentation. You will be expected to track and troubleshoot tool issues or bugs, coordinate with internal teams and clients for resolution, and maintain updated project trackers. In addition, you will help with resource coordination by supporting the allocation of participants and testers and working closely with the team to use resources efficiently. You will also identify potential project risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in project coordination or a related role, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask are essential. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The role requires working during US business hours (night shift) and having no corrective action in the last six months.
