Responsibilities:

  • Interacts and negotiates with clients via email and chat, forming happy customer relationships.
  • Interacts and collaborates with our talents via email and chat, forming strong professional partnerships.
  • Stay online and responsive, while preempting and prepare for any unexpected situations in the whole workflow so as to keep meeting the fixed and immovable daily deadlines.
  • Manage and process documents and files in such a way that clients and suppliers are both happy with the results.
  • Keeping and maintaining transactions and records while providing regular reports to both the management and the client.
  • Hybrid (WFH+onsite) setup. Early regularization available and awarded to qualified trainees.

Main Qualifications:

  • Ready to start anytime (not currently employed or no need for exit render)
  • Can be assigned at any shift: dayshift, midshift or graveyard shift (with ample body clock adjustment)
  • Excellent written English skills and highly computer literate
  • Fast worker: Deadline-oriented while multitasking
  • Ready to take accountability
