What You’ll Do: Brand Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen positioning, identity, and recall in the market. Spearhead initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and customer engagement. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to recommend innovative strategies. Campaigns & Social Media Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns and digital activations that resonate with our target market. Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency across channels. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement. Customer Experience & Loyalty Design and launch initiatives to increase repeat clients, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty. Integrate client insights and feedback into campaigns and product positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment of brand initiatives with business goals. Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and influencers for campaigns and activations. What We’re Looking For: Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Proven experience (at least 5 years ++) in brand management, preferably in beauty, wellness, skincare, or lifestyle industries. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to quickly establish rapport with talents and influencers to drive collaboration and engagement. Strong background in social media, digital marketing, and loyalty programs. Passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness – ideally living a lifestyle aligned with the industry. Excellent project management and leadership skills with a creative and strategic mindset. Strong analytical ability with a knack for consumer insights and trend spotting.
