Brand Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Manage the brand’s overall image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth. Plan and oversee advertising, promotions, and product launch activities. Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with brand goals. Monitor brand performance through key metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency. Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff or associate brand managers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, market analysis, and MS Office applications. Associate Brand Manager Job Summary: The Associate Brand Manager supports the Brand Manager in executing marketing and branding initiatives. This role involves assisting in product development, campaign coordination, market analysis, and monitoring brand performance to ensure alignment with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights. Support the creation of marketing materials, content, and presentations. Track and analyze key performance indicators and prepare brand reports. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, trade, creative, etc.) and external partners. Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to brand management. Provide recommendations for brand improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related field (newly graduate are welcome) Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
