Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company's client base and market reach through market research, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy development. The BDM serves as a bridge between the company’s capabilities and the market’s needs, helping align internal resources with external opportunities. The ultimate goal is to drive growth and revenue through strategic planning and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the client base.
- Manage client relationships and develop opportunities for repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Align internal resources with external market needs to support business expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience, showing effective team management and mentorship.
- Experience in engineering/construction and elevator industries is highly prioritized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a solid understanding of industry trends.
