About the role As a Product Specialist at Select Goods', you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of our innovative consumer products. This full-time position is based in Bacoor City, Cavite and will play a crucial role in driving our product development and enhancement initiatives to support the company's growth objectives. What you'll be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features that align with customer needs and market trends Develop and implement product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and enhancements Analyse market data, customer feedback, and industry insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Oversee the product testing and validation process, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate product benefits and features Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future product development decisions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Marketing, or a related field 1 year of experience in product management or product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams Familiarity with product life cycle management, agile methodologies, and project management principles Passion for staying up-to-date with market trends and leveraging technology to enhance product offerings Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines What we offer At Select Goods', we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
