We’re looking for a Product Specialist for Tiles & Surfaces — someone with a strong foundation in interior design or architecture, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a drive to bridge creativity with technical expertise. What You’ll Do Represent and promote Dexterton’s world‑class tile and surface brands to architects, designers, and developers. Provide design and technical guidance on product selection and applications. Manage product displays, samples, and specifications to ensure a visually compelling and informative presentation. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care. Support the sales and marketing teams through training, presentations, and product launches. Stay ahead of design and material trends, helping position Dexterton as the authority in curated surfaces. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (required). 1–3 years of experience in design, specification, or material sales (tiles, stones, or surfaces preferred). Strong visual and spatial sense with excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and design‑driven.
