MAJOR FUNCTIONS Handles group of Production Specialists and ensures that team performs effectively to set criteria. Consolidates Production Batch report ensures accuracy of data through constant validation. Consolidates Schedule of the whole production team as submitted by each production specialist. Ensures that set standard Productivity are consistently met. Ensures that set standard yield are consistently attained. Ensures that production team adheres to product standards set by the Plant. Responsible for the team's effective usage of resources. Collaborates with Quality Assurance team on any issues related to product quality and product safety. Ensures that team scheduled target production are completed on the day-to-day basis. Conducts regular Operational and Pre-Operational sanitation inspection to ensures section's adherence to the sanitation requirements and standard set by the Plant. Ensures that respective section follow set SSOPs & Hygiene/Sanitation requirements. Maintains an orderly workplace through implementation of 5S programs. Responsible for the team's compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensures that products delivered to customers conforms to the standard set by the plant. Pass the third‑party audit conducted by FDA and other government institution. Utilizes technical expertise to ensure continuous improvement of product & processes resulting to reduction of manufacturing cost. Recommends procedural or any process related improvement that impacts on productivity and efficiency. Motivates teams of production specialists and Rank & File employees to ensures all team members perform to the set criteria. III. QUALIFICATIONS College degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition or any science related course. At least 2 years' experience in Food Manufacturing company as Production Supervisor or Production-In-Charge. Technical knowledge or training certifications in cGMP, ISO QM, Food Safety, HACCP, Pollution Control and HALAL is a plus. Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information. Competence in manufacturing processes Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance. Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and compliance. Keen on details and highly observant. People management skill is required as this position deals with people of various personalities Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
