Overview We are looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Media / Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, while also developing engaging marketing content to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Conduct audience research to identify target segments and develop tailored ad strategies. Create and manage ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across paid and organic channels. Develop marketing content including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in paid media management and content creation. Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
