About the Role

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies, designing compelling ads, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement campaign planning and strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Handle media planning and buying across various digital platforms.
- Design and oversee ad creation to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Execute, monitor, and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports.
-Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing innovations.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
-At least 6 months of professional experience in paid advertising.
-Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
-Experience in digital content strategy, creation, and management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO tools, and content management systems.
-A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
